Aram Mikaeli liberado tras cinco años de cárcel
Aram Mikaeli un predicador Sunní, fue puesto en libertad el pasado domingo 11 de octubre de 2015 después de cinco años de prisión.
Aram fue arrestado el 14 de noviembre de 2010, en Saghez, en la Provincia del Kurdistán de Irán. Él, junto con su maestro, estaban distribuyendo arroz a los pobres en la noche de Arafat, un día sagrado islámico, cuando fueron detenidos por agentes de la inteligencia iraníes.
Había llamado la atención de las autoridades debido a la predicación del Islam sunní en su pueblo, y también a su participación en la discusión de temas religiosos en la mezquita local.
Pasó 17 meses en régimen de aislamiento, en las dependencias del Ministerio de Información, antes de ser condenado a 9 años de prisión por el tribunal revolucionario iraní.
Fue sentenciado por acusaciones tan vagas como "Trabajar contra la seguridad nacional", "La pertenencia a grupos que tienen como objetivo alterar la seguridad nacional" y "difundir propaganda contra el régimen".

Aram Mikaeli released after five years of imprisonment

Aram Mikaeli a Sunni preacher, was released last Sunday 11 October 2015 after five years of imprisonment.

Aram was arrested on November 14, 2010, in Saghez, in the Kurdistan Province of Iran . He, along with his teacher, were distributing rice to the poor on the night of Arafat, an Islamic holy day, when they were arrested by Iranian Intelligence agents.

He had drawn the attention of the authorities due to his preaching of Sunni Islam in his village, and due to his involvement in discussing religious issues in his local mosque.

He spent 17 months in solitary confinement whilst in the Ministry of Intelligence, before being sentenced to 9 years in prison by the Iranian Revolutionary court.

He was sentencd for vague charges as "Working against national security" , "Membership in groups that aim at disrupting national security" and "Spreading propaganda against the regime".

الإفراج عن الداعية آرام ميكائيلي بعد 5 سنوات من السجن

أفرجت السلطات الإيرانية عن الداعية السني آرام ميكائيلي صباح يوم الأحد 11 أكتوبر 2015 بعد خمس سنوات من الاعتقال.

يذكر أن آرام ميكائيلي قد اعتقل في 14 نوفمبر 2010 (ليلة عرفات) حين كان هو و شيخه يوزعان الأرز على الفقراء بسبب نشاطه في الدعوة للمذهب السني و مناقشة أمور السنة في مسجد قريته.

أمضى 17 شهراً في الحبس الانفرادي في معتقل الاستخبارات ثم نقل لسجن رجايي شهر، حكم عليه بالسجن تسع سنوات بتهم “العمل ضد الأمن الوطني” و “العضوية في جماعات تسعى لزعزة الأمن الوطني” و "نشر الدعايا الكاذبة ضد النظام”
