Make A Pardon Appeal for Dr. Aafia Siddiqui

Assalaamu Alaikum (Greetings of Peace):

I begin with another special note of thanks to all of the wonderful supporters who came out three months ago in Boston (MA), New York (NY), Washington (DC), and Fort Worth (TX), to help insure the success of The March 2016 Mobilizations for Dr. Aafia Siddiqui.

Given the fact that US District Court Judge Richard Berman has officially closed Aafia's case in the courts (she has no more access to the so-called appeals process), the struggle continues in the court of public opinion; this time with a letter writing campaign in the second half of this blessed month of Ramadan 1437 A.H.

Please write a letter today, and address the letter to Mr. Robert A. Zauzmer at the address provided below. You can also use the suggested format provided below; and please cc: President Obama at the end.

The Aafia Foundation is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit, non-political, organization dedicated to advancing human rights through education and advocacy. • Publishing educational materials on issues of public policy;
• Broadcasting by Internet, radio and television;
• “First Amendment” activities such as protests in public forums.

Our Goal

At the core of our multifaceted education and advocacy programs will be the message that true peace, for the individual and society, can only come through justice. We envision a world in which the universally recognized human rights accorded to every human being at the time of birth by our Creator, are both the law and common practice of every land, God willing.
