YARMOUK CAMP, SYRIA FOOD PARCELS DELIVERED - SEPT 2016

Alhumdulillah our team delivered food parcels in besieged areas of Yarmouk, Syria.

Approximately 20,000 people, many of them Palestinian refugees are under siege Since 2013, where government forces and armed groups loyal to President Bashar al-Assad have imposed a harsh siege on Yarmouk, restricting the flow of food, medicine and other humanitarian goods into the camp.

In July 2015, the United Nations removed Yarmouk from a list of besieged communities in Syria. In February 2016, the camp was added to the list again and the Camp residents have suffered a serious deterioration in health due to the siege, Urgent medicine and medical equipment are not allowed to enter the area.

Our team will continue to deliver aid to the most needy areas Inside Syria in sha Allah.
