«En cuanto al ciego seguidor ignorante, no le prestes atención. No permitas que sus insultos te ofendan, ni su excomunión (Takfīr) [de ti], ni que te declare desviado. Ciertamente, es como el ladrido de un perro, luego no hagas importante al perro por medio de responderle cada vez que te ladra. Déjalo deleitándose con su ladrido.
En cuanto a ti, goza de la virtud que te ha sido otorgada sobre él por medio del conocimiento, la fe (imaan) y la guía. Haz de tu separación de él parte de tu agradecimiento por la bendición de Allah (تبارك وتعالى) que Él (تبارك وتعالى) te ha dado y ha otorgado sobre ti».
"As for the blind follower ignorant, do not pay attention. Do not allow their insults to offend you, nor their excommunication (Takfīr) [of you], nor that they declare you astray. Certainly, it's like a dog barking, then do not make the dog important by responding every time it barks at you. Let him revel in his bark.
As for you, enjoy the virtue that has been bestowed upon you through knowledge, faith (imaan) and guidance. Make your separation from him part of your thanks for the blessing of Allah (تبارك وتعالى) that He (تبارك وتعالى) has given and has bestowed upon you.
